COMPLAINTS

We take our responsibility as broadcasters seriously and work to comply with New Zealand’s Broadcasting Code of Practice. We also value our listeners input and opinions. If we’ve said something dumb or offended you in some way or you feel a standard has been breached, you can make a formal complaint in writing.

Either email complaints@pulzarfm.co.nz or write to us at the Postal Address above. Please include the name of the programme, the day and time it aired and detail the standard you believe has been breached.

We will respond to your complaint within 7 days, and if you feel we haven’t adequately addressed your concern you are within your rights to escalate your concern to the Broadcasting Standards Authority.
