Belgian musician Netsky has poked fun at Air New Zealand’s notorious ‘It’s Kiwi Safety’ video, offering to produce music for their next attempt.
The ‘Here With You’ hitmaker is set to play gigs in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton and Dunedin over the next few weeks.
Netsky flew Air New Zealand and on Monday joined the many who have called out the ‘It’s Kiwi Safety’ video.
.@FlyAirNZ I love you, but that new safety video đ can I produce the next song?

As it happens, Air New Zealand is currently on the lookout for a new head of safety videos after receiving a lot of negative comments on its last effort.

Domestic flights should have already been switched back to the older video, but international flights aren’t all set to be switched until March.
Air New Zealand’s official Twitter account replied to Netsky following the tweet being shared by many online.
Not sure our passengers will be able to stay seated during take-off if you produce it đ ^NA
